Terms of Service



1. Booking and Scheduling

  - Clients are required to book sessions in advance to ensure availability.

  - Changes to session dates and times must be communicated at least [7] days in advance, subject to availability.


2. Fees and Payment

  - A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure the booking.

  - The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.

  - Payment methods accepted include: cash and/or bank transfer.


3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  - Cancellations made [7] days prior to the session date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

  - Cancellations made within [6] days of the session date may result in forfeiture of the deposit.


4. Image Delivery

  - High-resolution digital images will be delivered via online gallery within [7] days of the session, unless otherwise specified.

  - The photographer retains the copyright to all images and grants the client a license for personal and promotional use.


5. Usage Rights

  - The client may use the images for internal communications, marketing materials, and social media, with credit to the photographer where feasible.

  - Images may not be sold or distributed to third parties without the Foxxc Studios's consent.


6. Client Cooperation

  - The client agrees to assist and cooperate with Foxxc Studios to achieve the best possible photographic results.

  - Adequate time and space will be provided for setup and photography at each location.


7. Additional Provisions

  - Foxxc Studios reserves the right to use select images from the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolio, website, and social media.

  - Any special requests or concerns should be discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to the session.


8. Liability

  - Foxxc Studios is not liable for circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to poor weather conditions, delays, or actions of third parties.
